All items will be shippped UPS ground with the fee schedule used below.

If you are not satisfied or find a defect, you may return the item for a full refund minus the shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for all original shipping charges as well as shipping charges to return the item. The item must not be used and must be in its original packing. You must contact Alexi immediately to get approval for the return. Returns must be made within 8 business days. Once the item has been approved for return and the item is received in it's original condition with tags and packaging then a refund will be made.
We accept Visa, Matercard, Discover, American Express, money order and check. Credit card orders are processed through PayPal via a secure server.Your credit card will be charged immediately upon order completion.

Please include your name, address, email and phone number. North Carolina residents will be charged 7% sales tax.Your order will not be shipped until the check clears our account. Note that there is a chance that the item may sell out by the time the check is received. We will email you if this happens to discuss options. (Wait until stocked, choose a different item, or cancel order) In most cases, you will receive your order within 7-10 days with the exception of custom orders.
